💛

A little note from us: Every item you donate goes on to make a real difference — helping families and individuals across the North East furnish their homes with dignity, and supporting the work we do for care-experienced young people every single day. That means so much to us, and to them.
To make sure each donation can find its new home, we kindly ask that items are in Good, clean, salable condition, structurally sound, and free from significant damage or strong odours. We truly appreciate your thoughtfulness and generosity. 🧡 Example permanent furniture fire safety label CARELESSNESS CAUSES FIRE This article complies with the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations 1988 Keep this label attached Please note: all donated sofas must have a fire label attached (the permanent sewn-in label, usually found under a cushion or along a seam), as must mattresses and any other flammable items.
